§1832. Stock certificates All certificates representing shares in a benefit corporation shall contain, in addition to any other statements required by the Business Corporation Law, the following conspicuous language on the face of the certificate: "This corporation is a benefit corporation subject to the Benefit Corporations Law, R.S. 12:1801 et seq."
