§401. Organization authorized Cooperative, nonprofit membership corporations may be organized under this Part for the purpose of supplying electrical energy and promoting and extending the use thereof. Renumbered from R.S.1950, §12:301 by Acts 1968, No. 105, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
