§1454. Review of criminal proceedings Appeal from or other review of judgments of parish courts in criminal proceedings shall be as provided by Article V, Section 5 of the Louisiana Constitution. Added by Acts 1979, No. 328, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1980.
