§4. Affixing seal of clerk complies with requirement of affixing seal of court When any code or statutory provision requires the affixing of the seal of a court to a judgment, order, mandate, writ, process, certified copy, or document issued by the court or its clerk, and the court has no official seal, the affixing of the seal of the clerk of the court is a compliance with the code or statutory requirement.
