§4211. Application of R.S. 13:4207-13:4210 to all parishes, including Orleans The provisions of R.S. 13:4207 through 13:4210 shall apply to all parishes in the State of Louisiana, including the parish of Orleans. Amended by Acts 1954, No. 286, §1.
