§4261.301. Reliance A supported decisionmaking agreement that complies with Part II of this Chapter is presumed valid. A party may rely on the presumption of validity unless the party has actual knowledge that the supported decisionmaking agreement was not validly executed. Acts 2020, No. 258, §2.
