§1106. Bossier/Caddo Juvenile Detention Center Authority; creation; jurisdiction The Bossier/Caddo Juvenile Detention Center Authority is hereby established as a political subdivision of the state, with a territorial jurisdiction throughout the parishes of Bossier and Caddo.
