§2354.5. Other prohibited acts A person, who to obtain financial gain, intentionally falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces, or obliterates a document of gift, amendment, or revocation thereof, or a refusal shall be subject to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceeding five years with or without hard labor, or both.
