Litigation costs

§3994. Litigation costs In the event litigation is necessary to recover any public funds paid to a charter school under authority of this Chapter, the charter school shall be liable for all court costs, attorney fees, and expenses. Acts 2001, No. 991, §1, eff. June 27, 2001.
