§1001. Definition In this Chapter, "communication facility" means an equipment enclosure, antenna, antenna support structure, and any associated facility used for the signal for a commercial communications purpose where the antenna or antenna support structure is not connected to a similar antenna or antenna support structure by an overhead wire used to transmit the signal.
