§1132. Definitions As used in this Subpart, the following definitions apply: (1) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of insurance. (2) "Program" means the Louisiana Guaranteed Benefits Pool. Acts 2019, No. 412, §1, eff. June 11, 2019.
