§1168.7. Priority of claims The priorities of distribution of the security shall be as follows: (1) Claims by injured employees of the self-insured employer. (2) The assistant secretary's costs and expenses of administration and any claims handling expenses. (3) All other claims. Acts 2006, No. 49, §1, eff. May 16, 2006.
