§1200.14. Power to examine under oath; subpoena witnesses The commissioner of insurance may take depositions, subpoena witnesses or documentary evidence, administer oaths and examine under oath any individual relative to the affairs of any group self-insurance fund being examined. Any person who testifies falsely or makes any false affidavit during the course of such an examination shall be guilty of perjury. Acts 2010, No. 794, §2.
