§1310.5.1. Continuances If the parties, whether represented or unrepresented, agree to a continuance of a mediation, hearing, or trial by filing a joint motion to continue or an uncontested motion to continue, the workers' compensation judge shall grant the continuance. Acts 2022, No. 435, §1.
