§188. Records kept by issuing authority A copy of each employment certificate shall be retained in the office of the issuing authority together with the papers required to be submitted by the applicants under R.S. 23:184. The issuing authority shall also keep a record of all applications denied. Acts 2003, No. 671, §1, eff. June 27, 2003.
