§669. Supplemental application This Chapter is supplemental and is not intended to supercede any provision provided for in Chapter 3-A of this Title, the "Louisiana Employment Discrimination Act", which prohibits discrimination based upon sex regardless of whether the employer is a state entity, a private business, or other employer.
