§601. Creation; domicile; purpose The New Orleans Planetarium--Science Center is hereby created to be domiciled in the city of New Orleans for the purpose of acquiring or constructing a planetarium and science center for the use, benefit, education and enjoyment of the people of the state of Louisiana and as a cultural and scientific resource of the state of Louisiana.
