§349. Handling beverages of low alcoholic content without furnishing bond; penalty No person shall import for handling in this state or handle herein any beverages of low alcoholic content without having furnished a bond as provided in R.S. 26:348. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both. Acts 1987, No. 696, §1.
