§315. Charging for inactive accounts A. An operator shall not charge a player for an inactive account. B. An operator shall charge players only for entry fees placed or contests entered. No player shall be charged for failure to enter on a fantasy sports contest or for failure to deposit certain amounts of cash or cash equivalent into any account. Acts 2020, No. 141, §1, eff.
