§370. Inventory The court may, at its discretion, require the person seeking appointment to make a true and correct inventory and appraisement of the claim to be made. The fee of the notary taking the inventory is fixed at a sum not to exceed five dollars and the fee of the appraisers at a sum not to exceed four dollars for the two appraisers.
