§763. Preparation of Bioterrorism Response Plan; Homeland Security Advisory Council The Subcommittee on Chemical and Biological Terrorism of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, as established by the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, or its successor, shall have responsibility for the preparation and updating of Annex M of the State Emergency Operations Plan.
