§1443. Disclaimer or nonwarranty clause of no effect The use of a disclaimer or nonwarranty clause in any invoice, advertisement, or label pertaining to seeds shall not exempt a person from the provisions of this Part. Amended by Acts 1977, No. 149, §5; Acts 2013, No. 26, §1, eff. May 23, 2013.
