§1734. Promulgation of rules and regulations In accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, the commissioner may adopt rules and regulations necessary to enforce the provisions of Part III or III-A of this Chapter. Acts 2013, No. 332, §1, eff. June 17, 2013.
