§2309. Assessment on bees, enforcement For the purpose of enforcing this Part, the commissioner may annually levy and collect a fee of fifteen cents per colony of bees within the state, provided that such assessment shall not be levied on noncommercial apiaries. Acts 1984, No. 529, §1.
