§3381. Policy; purpose The legislature finds that the exposure of school children to pesticides poses known and, as of yet, unknown risks to their health and well-being. Providing controls on the application of these pesticides will help to ensure the safety and well-being of children in the state. Acts 1993, No. 729, §1.
