§148.10. Applicability Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in Subpart A of this Part, the provisions of this Subpart shall apply to leases by the State Mineral and Energy Board for the purposes set forth in R.S. 30:148.2. Acts 2024, 3rd Ex. Sess., No. 17, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2025.
