§2050.13. Hearing officers; employment The secretary may employ one or more hearing officers to perform such duties relative to adjudications as the secretary assigns to them. A hearing officer shall be a full-time employee in the classified service of the state. Acts 1995, No. 947, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1996.
