§108. Nature of executive and nonexecutive interests An executive interest is a mineral right that includes an executive right. Nonexecutive interests are those that do not include the executive right, such as the mineral royalty, a landowner's interest in minerals the executive right to which has been granted to another, or a mineral servitude the executive right to which has been granted to another.
