§1307. Improper representation as official station A. No person shall in any manner represent any place as an official inspection station unless such station is operating under a valid permit issued by the department. B. No person other than a duly authorized officer or employee of inspection station shall issue a certificate of inspection and approval. Acts 1960, No. 405, §7.
