§806. Transfer of motor vehicle certificate of title to or from a dismantler and parts recycler In all transfers of motor vehicles at wholesale as authorized herein, a dismantler and parts recycler, duly licensed hereunder, shall have the authority to transfer the certificates of title to such motor vehicles as a dealer under the Louisiana Certificate of Title Law.
