§131.1. Consolidation of governments creating a regional planning commission If the governing authorities of two or more local governmental subdivisions which have created a regional planning commission are, after creation of the commission, consolidated into a single governing authority, the consolidated governing authority and the planning commission may continue to operate in accordance with the provisions of this Subpart.
