§3689.15. Limit of indebtedness Paving certificates issued under the provisions of R.S. 33:3689.1-33:3689.17 shall not be included in computing the indebtedness of the parish for the purpose of determining any constitutional or statutory limitation of indebtedness. Acts 1952, No. 430, §15.
