§4307.1. Winn Parish; authorization to sell certain gas and utility lines The governing authority of Winn Parish is authorized to sell or lease, without voter approval, a gas utility system owned by a gas utility district created pursuant to this Subpart. Acts 1991, No. 440, §1.
