§447.1. Mayor's court; city of DeQuincy; additional court costs Notwithstanding R.S. 33:441(A) nor any law to the contrary, the mayor of the city of DeQuincy may also impose court costs not to exceed fifty dollars for each offense, as defined by ordinance, on any defendant convicted of a violation of a municipal ordinance.
