§4545.32. Restriction as to transmission facilities The Authority shall not construct facilities for the transmission of electric power and energy unless it cannot provide for such by contract with investor-owned electric power companies with available existing transmission facilities under fair and reasonable terms and conditions or unless ordered to do so by a regulatory authority having jurisdiction.
