§4545.8. Participating in more than one entity or undertaking Nothing herein contained shall prohibit any governmental unit from being a member of more than one entity or undertaking for the purpose of obtaining an adequate electric power supply. Added by Acts 1979, No. 772, §1, eff. July 20, 1979.
