§4622. Operation of airports, parks, bombing ranges, and civilian conservation corps camps Municipalities and parishes may own, operate, improve, and provide for the maintenance, of airports, flying fields, landing fields, parks, bombing ranges and civilian conservation corps sites whether owned by such municipality or parish or not.
