§9039.23. Bonds and notes; miscellaneous A. The district may issue bond anticipation notes in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1460.1 et seq. B. The district may issue short-term revenue bonds for paying any of the expenses of the district in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1470 et seq. C. The district may issue refunding bonds in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1444 et seq. Acts 2001, No. 992, §1.
