§1071. Definitions As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Board of commissioners" or "board of examiners" means the Board of River Port Pilot Commissioners and Examiners, established in R.S. 34:1072. (2) "Pilot" means a River Port Pilot as designated in R.S. 34:1073.
