§1406. Expropriation The commission may acquire by expropriation in accordance with R.S. 19:141 through 160 any wharves, landings, or other properties necessary for the benefit and advantage of the commerce of the commission. Acts 1998, 1st Ex. Sess., No. 45, §1.
