§851.34. Powers not affected Nothing contained in this Part particularly R.S. 34:850.23 and R.S. 34:851.12 shall be construed to limit or affect the powers and functions or the structure and organization of a port commission or of a port, harbor, and terminal district. Acts 1984, No. 288, §1.
