§868. Innkeepers harboring or concealing deserters; penalty If the keeper of any tavern, lodging or boarding house, knowingly receives, harbors, lodges, or conceals any deserter from any merchant vessel, he shall, on conviction, pay a fine of one hundred dollars, or be imprisoned not exceeding thirty days.
