§3128. Production of mortgage certificates No immovable property shall be sold by public auction without the production and reading by the auctioneer of a certificate of mortgages and encumbrances against the property offered. No such certificate is necessary in extrajudicial sales. Acts 1986, No. 564, §4, eff. July 2, 1986.
