§851. Exemptions Nothing in this Chapter shall apply to commissioned officers in the United States Army, Navy, or Marine Hospital Service, or to anyone actually serving as a member of the resident medical staff of any legally incorporated hospital in this state. Amended by Acts 1977, No. 283, §7.
