§3087.132. District and board; creation A. The Sparta Groundwater Conservation District is hereby established as a political subdivision of the state. B. The district shall be administered by a board of commissioners whose members shall be commissioned as provided by R.S. 38:3087.134. Acts 1999, No. 1228, §1.
