§415. Penalties constitute lien on watercraft The penalties, costs, and attorney's fees provided for in R.S. 38:411 against boats, vessels, and other watercraft shall be secured by first lien and privilege upon the boat, vessel, or other watercraft. Acts 1985, No. 785, §1, eff. July 22, 1985.
