§1332. Definitions For the purposes of this Chapter: (1) "Licensing agency" shall mean any agency transferred as provided in R.S. 36:803. (2) "Committee" shall mean the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Acts 1989, No. 751, §2, eff. July 8, 1989.
