§1645. Penalty Whoever violates the provisions of this Subpart shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than one hundred dollars or more than five hundred dollars or to imprisonment of not more than six months, or both.
