Plumbing provisions of or adopted pursuant to this Part; court orders or consent decrees

§1730.40.1. Plumbing provisions of or adopted pursuant to this Part; court orders or consent decrees Any order or consent decree relative to maintaining or building a public sewage system which is entered in a federal court of competent jurisdiction shall supercede the plumbing provisions of this Part or plumbing provisions adopted pursuant to this Part.
