§1895. Proposed orders, rules, or regulations All orders, rules, or regulations under the provisions of this Part shall be adopted and published in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq. Amended by Acts 1981, No. 754, §2.
